Leo Construction & Development was built on a commitment to thoughtful, performance-driven construction shaped by more than two decades of hands-on field experience. Founder Adam Flynn began his career working inside secure government facilities, where precision and safety guided every task. This early training influenced the disciplined approach that defines our work as a trusted general contractor serving Southeastern North Carolina.
After relocating to the region, Adam expanded into electrical contracting and eventually into full building construction, establishing Leo Construction as a company grounded in craftsmanship, technical knowledge, and building-science leadership. From the beginning, the focus has remained clear: build structures that last, perform well, and support healthier, more comfortable living.
